Raegan C. Stearns is a professionally trained librarian and certified archivist based in Louisiana. She has a B.A. in English and African/African Diaspora Studies from Tulane University and received her MLIS from Louisiana State University with an archives management concentration. Raegan has over fifteen years of library and archives experience. She received the Auxiliary Research Award from the Southern University System in 2013 and was selected as an HBCU Fellow by the Digital Library Federation in 2018.
